Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Services Administrator to assist with warranty reimbursement filings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Digitally obtain invoices from Dealership Management Systems via secure remote access
  • Review invoice data sets for validity and prepare them using PDF editing tools
  • Maintain effective task notes and documentation while following defined processes and timelines
Required Qualifications
  • Experience in a dealership service department or automotive industry preferred
  • Strong knowledge of Google tools preferred
  • Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, preferred
  • Ability to learn new software applications and work with various computer programs
  • Ability to lift objects weighing up to 50 lbs on occasion
