Job Summary
A company is looking for an Onboarding Specialist to engage and support students at risk of not enrolling or who have dropped out of the program.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct proactive outreach to at-risk students through various communication methods
- Coordinate seamless onboarding experiences and provide ongoing support to new and re-enrolling students
- Track and analyze student data to identify trends and maintain accurate records in the CRM system
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree required
