Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as team lead and subject matter expert, assisting management and supervising staff
- Handle escalated complaints and ensure team compliance with schedules and quality standards
- Train new agents and maintain effective communication with patients and healthcare providers
Required Qualifications:

- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
- General knowledge of office procedures and operations
