A company is looking for a Call for Release - Customer Service Representative to join their remote team.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate vehicle release and pickup by communicating with body shops, vehicle owners, and insurance companies
- Ensure accurate updates to vehicle files and maintain organized notes on interactions
- Meet daily performance goals, including making over 100 calls and processing 60+ live lots
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of one year of office support experience in a customer service role
- High school diploma or GED
- Typing speed of 45 WPM and familiarity with basic 10-key
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Bilingual skills are a plus
