Key Responsibilities
- Provide remote customer support by troubleshooting issues and delivering resolutions
- Configure pricing and menu data to meet deployment schedules
- Execute menu-related project assignments, including promotional and seasonal rollouts
Required Qualifications
- Experience in the restaurant or point-of-sale (POS) industry, particularly in a quick service restaurant (QSR) environment
- Prior customer support or client-facing experience focused on resolving technical issues
- Experience with Microsoft Office tools (e.g., Excel, Word)
- Experience with troubleshooting application issues and guiding customers through technical steps
- Experience managing multiple configuration projects or menu updates under tight deadlines
