Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Support Specialist for campervan rentals.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily rental operations, ensuring smooth vehicle handovers and returns
• Prioritize customer satisfaction and enhance the customer journey
• Assist the Station Manager with personnel planning and training of agents

Required Qualifications

• Completed vocational training with 2-3 years of relevant experience, preferably in car rental or tourism
• Strong service and customer orientation with a friendly demeanor
• Hands-on approach and strong communication skills with customers
• Ability to handle pressure and possess organizational skills
• Fluent in German and English, with a valid Class B driving license
