- Guide and empower customers through benefits enrollment decisions
- Deliver excellence by meeting performance goals and maintaining a high call quality score
- Provide reliable support throughout the open enrollment season to ensure positive customer experiences
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of two years of combined experience in customer service and professional office settings
- Dedicated, private home workspace with a hard-wired internet connection of at least 50 Mbps
- Commitment to 100% attendance from October through December, including mandatory overtime and potential Saturdays
- Ability to keep the laptop camera on during the entire 4-week training period
- High school diploma or equivalent required
