A company is looking for an Inbound Customer Care Representative.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls from customers, researching and resolving inquiries related to hazard insurance, mortgage banking, and property loss
- Listen to customer concerns with empathy and proactively address their issues to enhance their experience
- Participate in special projects and adjust priorities as needed
Required Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or GED
- At least 2 years of prior experience in a customer-facing role
- Ability to adapt to change and work well in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in multi-tasking using technology
- Willingness to attend all required training for optimal learning and qualification for the role
