- Classify and manage emails from customers regarding quality issues, feature requests, and product inquiries

Required Qualifications
- Experience using a service API and creating applications in .Net, Python, or Java (2+ years)
- Proficiency in reading and writing technical documentation (3+ years)
- Strong business acumen and analytical skills (1+ year)
- Proven experience in a technical support role
- Ability to generate reports on business metrics and market trends
