Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full appeals process, ensuring timely and effective resolutions
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and provide updates to members and providers
- Maintain accurate records of all appeals and grievance cases while adhering to regulatory guidelines
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of experience in appeals and grievances within the dental, vision, or insurance industry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with claims processing systems
- Must be flexible to work a Saturday shift if required
- Ability to maintain adequate internet service for remote work
