Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Specialist I to respond to customer inquiries and handle account-related issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handles incoming calls and processes routine payments for customer accounts
  • Advises customers on available resources and relays account information proficiently
  • Assists with administrative tasks and supports new hire training efforts
Required Qualifications
  • Associate's degree in business, finance, communication, marketing, or related field OR relevant experience
  • Strong computer skills including Word, Excel, Internet, and email
  • Two evening shifts per week and one Saturday shift every 5 weeks
