A company is looking for a Customer Service Specialist I to respond to customer inquiries and handle account-related issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Handles incoming calls and processes routine payments for customer accounts
- Advises customers on available resources and relays account information proficiently
- Assists with administrative tasks and supports new hire training efforts
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree in business, finance, communication, marketing, or related field OR relevant experience
- Strong computer skills including Word, Excel, Internet, and email
- Two evening shifts per week and one Saturday shift every 5 weeks
