Key Responsibilities
- Guide team members and ensure they possess the necessary technical and product knowledge to address customer issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve systemic issues affecting customer support
- Develop and manage the support operations plan while analyzing data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
Required Qualifications
- Experience in customer support or operations management
- Experience in resolving customer issues and providing leadership to a global team
- Experience with software, technology, or business applications
- US resident or green card holder for supporting US Gov Cloud customers
