Job Summary

A company is looking for a Licensed Insurance Agent - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls from existing customers regarding service needs and sales
• Assist customers with billing issues, policy changes, inquiries, and claims
• Sell insurance products during applicable calls

Required Qualifications

• Must have an active life/health insurance license
• Customer service experience
• Call center experience
• Life insurance sales experience
• Must reside in one of the specified states (MI, IN, WI, FL, GA, NC, SC, TX)
