Job Summary
A company is looking for a System Access Onboarding Specialist to support client system access during onboarding and expansions.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in the implementation of new clients and service line expansions
- Educate clients on access requirements and document system access processes
- Manage client-facing system access requests and provide status updates to leadership
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of customer service or helpdesk experience
- Experience with HIM Systems (e.g., Epic, Cerner, Meditech, STAR)
- Basic knowledge of online ticketing systems (e.g., SalesForce, Service Now, Sonder)
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office suite
- Understanding of HIPAA compliance and security encryption
