Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Certified Pharmacy Technician (Engagement).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service in a phone-based environment
• Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist patients with their medication profiles and inquiries
• Maintain patient records and perform claim adjudication and auditing duties

Required Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• High school diploma or GED
• Prior experience in a pharmacy setting
• Certification with the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB) or the National Health Association (NHA)
• Current pharmacy technician registration with the State Board of Pharmacy
