Job Summary
A company is looking for a Pharmacy Support Call Center Representative.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide initial support for customer requests via telephone, email, fax, or other means of contact
- Quickly assess user issues and provide first level support for problem resolution
- Document resolution information and escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate area
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Pharmacy Technician experience required
- HIPAA certified
- Call center experience required (3+ years preferred)
- Experience in medical claim processing is a plus
