Key Responsibilities

• Schedule patient appointments for PAP equipment pickup and provide instruction on usage
• Verify insurance coverage and explain financial responsibilities to customers
• Document patient interactions and maintain accurate records for orders and delivery

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma
• One year of experience in healthcare administrative, financial, or insurance customer service
• Experience in a Medicare certified HME environment is preferred
• Familiarity with insurance claims and billing processes
• Ability to manage both inbound and outbound calls effectively
