Key Responsibilities
- Schedule patient appointments for PAP equipment pickup and provide instruction on usage
- Verify insurance coverage and explain financial responsibilities to customers
- Document patient interactions and maintain accurate records for orders and delivery
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- One year of experience in healthcare administrative, financial, or insurance customer service
- Experience in a Medicare certified HME environment is preferred
- Familiarity with insurance claims and billing processes
- Ability to manage both inbound and outbound calls effectively
