Key Responsibilities:
- Align cross-functionally to enhance customer excellence and implement best practices
- Lead the Business Support team through meetings, performance reviews, and training material creation
- Drive continuous improvement projects and participate in forecasting meetings regarding new products and customers
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Sales and Marketing
- 8-10 years of experience in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry or equivalent
- 8-10 years of experience in a leadership role
