Qualifications and Requirements
- Typing speed of 30 wpm
- Experience with Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Minimum 2 years in a clerical position with customer interaction
- Previous customer service or call center experience is preferred
- Strong work ethic and a positive attitude in challenging situations
