Outbound Call Center Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Outbound Call Center Representative to work remotely in a fast-paced sales environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Make 100-150 outgoing calls per shift to remind patients about their screening kits
• Educate callers on the benefits of early detection and preventive health screening
• Assist customers with challenges related to returning their screening kits

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred
• Stable job history with no job-hopping
• Ability to effectively de-escalate customer issues
• Must have a minimum internet speed of 50 Mbps
• Designated work area at home free of noise and distractions
