A company is looking for a Call Center Representative, Client Pod.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in initial Kick Off calls to gather study specifics and take notes
• Recruit participants for multiple qualitative market research studies while ensuring timelines are met
• Maintain accurate records of outreach and participant status using internal tools

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience in participant recruitment, customer service, or research coordination is preferred
• Proficiency in operating systems such as Windows and macOS
• Experience with Google Docs and Sheets
