Compact LPN Triage Nurse

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Hospice Triage LPN for part-time evening shifts.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide after-hours triage support for hospice and home health clients
• Access EMRs for charting and utilize internal applications for job functions
• Complete shift prep and post-call charting within designated timeframes

Required Qualifications

• MUST have or be willing to obtain a Compact LPN license
• Experience in hospice, palliative, or end-of-life care is required
• Experience in fast-paced environments such as ED, surgical services, or critical care
• Comfortable accessing multiple technology applications for documentation
• Must reside in the U.S. and be legally eligible to work for any employer
