Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative to serve as an advocate for members regarding their benefits and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide quality customer service and educate members on benefits and plan options
- Respond to and resolve member inquiries regarding benefits, eligibility, and claims in a timely manner
- Document transactions and follow departmental policies to maintain efficient operations
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of call center or related customer service experience
- 1-2 years of experience with Medicare benefits preferred
- Experience in the healthcare, insurance, or pharmacy industry is highly desirable
- Data entry and general computer skills are required
- Ability to handle a high volume of calls while providing excellent customer service
