Job Summary
A company is looking for a Care Partner Team Lead.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of Care Partners, managing non-clinical escalations and supporting member advocacy throughout the care continuum
- Facilitate team meetings, monitor quality and productivity metrics, and develop coaching plans for team members
- Assist in recruitment processes and provide coverage support as needed
Required Qualifications
- Proven leadership and mentorship experience, particularly with hourly employees
- Prior experience in healthcare, customer service, or technology preferred
- Ability to manage and adapt to a fast-paced, changing environment
- Familiarity with technology tools such as video conferencing and electronic health records
- Availability to work a set schedule, Monday through Friday
