Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and execute the onboarding process for clients, ensuring effective communication and relationship management
- Analyze customer onboarding metrics and collaborate with internal teams to drive service enhancements and compliance
- Lead team initiatives and provide support on complex customer issues while fostering strong interdepartmental relationships
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Project Management or related field, or a High School Diploma/GED with 4 years of relevant experience
- 7 years of relevant experience required
- Experience in managing complex implementation projects and customer relationships
- Proven ability to lead teams and drive process improvements
- Knowledge of compliance and billing processes related to customer onboarding
