Job Summary

A company is looking for a Launch Customer Success Manager for National Accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and execute the onboarding process for clients, ensuring effective communication and relationship management
  • Analyze customer onboarding metrics and collaborate with internal teams to drive service enhancements and compliance
  • Lead team initiatives and provide support on complex customer issues while fostering strong interdepartmental relationships
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Project Management or related field, or a High School Diploma/GED with 4 years of relevant experience
  • 7 years of relevant experience required
  • Experience in managing complex implementation projects and customer relationships
  • Proven ability to lead teams and drive process improvements
  • Knowledge of compliance and billing processes related to customer onboarding
