Key Responsibilities
- Assist potential customers with navigating the online insurance shopping experience and obtaining quotes
- Resolve basic administrative and billing questions for existing customers while ensuring quick and thorough responses
- Utilize multiple communication channels to interact with customers and document interactions using support ticketing software
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or sales role
- Fluent in English and Spanish, both spoken and written
- Ability to multitask effectively in a high-volume contact center environment
- Familiarity with support ticketing and/or CRM software tools
- Strong passion for helping people, particularly regarding their health
