Key Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound calls and process inquiries from members and providers regarding eligibility, benefits, and claims
- Resolve customer service or billing complaints and contact customers for complex inquiries
- Maintain records of customer interactions and perform follow-up tasks to ensure needs are met
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
- Previous customer service-related experience
