A company is looking for a RIS Technical Support Engineer.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, document, and support customer solutions and business applications infrastructure
- Provide customer support and product training, and perform Pre-Sales evaluations
- Maintain a culture of Root Cause Analysis and Constant Improvement within the team
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS Desktop and Server, networking concepts, and troubleshooting
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in Radiology or Healthcare IT
- Experience with Hypervisor/Containerization technology and MSSQL database management
- Familiarity with healthcare interface standards (HL7, DICOM) and scripting languages
- Experience in Public Cloud Environments
