Job Summary

A company is looking for a RIS Technical Support Engineer.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, implement, document, and support customer solutions and business applications infrastructure
  • Provide customer support and product training, and perform Pre-Sales evaluations
  • Maintain a culture of Root Cause Analysis and Constant Improvement within the team
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • Strong knowledge of Windows OS Desktop and Server, networking concepts, and troubleshooting
  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in Radiology or Healthcare IT
  • Experience with Hypervisor/Containerization technology and MSSQL database management
  • Familiarity with healthcare interface standards (HL7, DICOM) and scripting languages
  • Experience in Public Cloud Environments
