Key Responsibilities
- Screen patients for Medicaid eligibility and assist with the application process
- Validate and process confidential patient information while managing Medicaid-related issues
- Track application statuses and prepare reports using Microsoft Excel
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required
- Bilingual English/Spanish is required
- Experience in healthcare or insurance plans is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Experience with ePACES and LexisNexis is a plus
