- Handle complex customer requests, including policy changes and payment processing
- Investigate and resolve customer concerns, ensuring accurate documentation and compliance
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent; some college preferred
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service or call center role
- Prior experience in a remote environment is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Must be able to type a minimum of 30 WPM
