Job Summary
A company is looking for a Bilingual Participant Services Representative I.
Key Responsibilities:
- Personalize and relay accurate plan-specific information to participants regarding their retirement savings plans
- Facilitate participant experiences with services and respond to plan-related inquiries via telephone
- Support division projects and assist with administrative and servicing functions as assigned
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of financial or industry experience, or equivalent education/experience
- Experience in a high-volume, direct customer contact service environment preferred
- Associate's degree preferred
- Fluency in Spanish is a must
- Knowledge of retirement plans, investment securities, and general understanding of relevant regulations is desired
