Key Responsibilities
- Establish trusted relationships with customer executives and ensure successful onboarding and retention of cloud services
- Lead cloud adoption planning and execution across various Microsoft cloud technologies
- Align customer business goals with technical solutions and collaborate with internal and partner teams
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, Computer Science, Psychology, Sociology, or a related field
- 4+ years in customer success, technical consulting, program delivery, or portfolio management
- 6+ years in enterprise customer-facing roles preferred
- Strong familiarity with Microsoft Azure, M365, Dynamics 365, and/or Power Platform
- Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Azure Administrator or ITIL Foundation preferred
