A company is looking for a Customer Service Member Outreach Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform outbound calls to activate and engage members in health programs and campaigns
- Document information obtained from members during outreach and follow-up
- Utilize exceptional customer service skills and motivational interviewing to encourage member participation
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or college degree preferred
- Two years of related work experience in health care, customer service, telemarketing, account management, or sales required
- One year of call center experience required
- One year of experience equivalent to a lead/senior role or Customer Service Rep II required
- Experience with computers, including Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel required
