Job Summary

A company is looking for a Call Center - Member Contact Center Manager - Remote.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily operations of the Contact Center, ensuring achievement of goals through member relationship management
  • Forecast and track call volume to optimize efficiency and meet service level agreements
  • Develop and manage staff performance, including training and development plans
Required Qualifications
  • At least three years of sales and service management experience in call center operations
  • Experience in coaching employees and identifying sales and service opportunities
  • Financial institution experience with knowledge of compliance practices and procedures
  • General knowledge of computers and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • 2-year degree or equivalent experience in a related field
