Job Summary
A company is looking for a Call Center - Member Contact Center Manager - Remote.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the Contact Center, ensuring achievement of goals through member relationship management
- Forecast and track call volume to optimize efficiency and meet service level agreements
- Develop and manage staff performance, including training and development plans
Required Qualifications
- At least three years of sales and service management experience in call center operations
- Experience in coaching employees and identifying sales and service opportunities
- Financial institution experience with knowledge of compliance practices and procedures
- General knowledge of computers and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office
- 2-year degree or equivalent experience in a related field
