A company is looking for a Coordinator, Patient Relations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Resolve complaints and concerns by communicating with patients, family members, staff, and providers
  • Investigate complaints, collaborating with staff and management to provide resolutions
  • Input data into complaint management software and present cases to management as needed
Required Qualifications
  • Associates Degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 3 years of healthcare experience preferred
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge of medical terminology preferred
  • Strong data management and entry skills
