Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in the Enterprise software or Internet/Telecommunications industries
  • 3+ years of experience in an Account Management or Customer Success role
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced technical environment with multiple tasks
  • Experience in proposing or deploying cloud and virtualized compute solutions
  • Ability to maintain records and reports focused on revenue retention
