A company is looking for a Pharmacy Technician for a 100% remote position.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls regarding prior authorizations, handling 50 to 70 calls per day
- Process prior authorizations using various computer systems and ensure data accuracy
- Gather member data for pharmacist consultations based on inbound requests
Required Qualifications
- Must be licensed as a Pharmacy Technician in the state of residence
- 6+ months of customer service experience with healthcare professionals
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Availability for a 5-day weekly commitment, including possible weekend shifts
