A company is looking for a Service Delivery Supervisor.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the Service Delivery team and manage team performance
- Serve as an OEM subject matter expert and facilitate team meetings to ensure understanding of business items
- Provide second-tier support for client escalations and ensure adherence to company standards
Required Qualifications
- Prior experience as a Warranty Administrator
- Strong technology skills to utilize the WarrCloud Platform and various DMS systems
- Reliable, high-speed home internet connection
- Empathy for customers and ability to maintain professionalism under challenging conditions
- Previous management or leadership experience is a plus
