• Provide 1:1 customer support and troubleshooting for treasury-related issues
• Manage file import and export processes, ensuring accurate file layout comprehension
• Assist clients in migrating to the Bottom Line application while delivering exceptional customer service

Required Qualifications

• Experience in treasury management or treasury migration
• Proven customer support experience without reliance on a ticketing system
• Familiarity with file import/export formats such as HH, CSB, and EDI
• Ability to engage with high-profile clients and provide a positive experience
• Demonstrated initiative and motivation in work responsibilities
