Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical and product support for Treasury Solutions, assisting clients via phone
- Support testing of new applications and manage client transitions related to Treasury products
- Document system issues, escalate when necessary, and adhere to policies and procedures
Required Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
- 6+ years of customer service experience with in-person interactions
- 5+ years of technical support experience
- Experience in banking, financial services, treasury, and/or cash management
- Proficiency in ACH, Wire, SWIFT, and Lockbox banking applications
