Provider Enrollment Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Enrollment Specialist responsible for processing and maintaining the enrollment of mental health therapists for managed care plans and government programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate the end-to-end enrollment process for behavioral health professionals in Managed Care, Medicare, and Medicaid programs
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of required documentation for enrollment submissions
• Monitor compliance with CMS regulations and maintain accurate provider records in internal databases

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
• 1-3 years of experience in behavioral health enrollment with payers
• Familiarity with PECOS, CMS-855 forms, and Medicare enrollment procedures
• Experience with provider credentialing and/or payer enrollment
• Strong organizational skills and ability to handle sensitive information
