Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with dispatch teams, field managers, and technicians to ensure timely job responses
- Use a cloud-based system to update and manage job statuses in real-time
- Handle incoming customer requests and maintain professional communication to provide updates
Required Qualifications
- Previous customer service experience is preferred
- Ability to quickly learn new systems, software, and processes
- Strong team player with the ability to take on varied tasks as needed
- Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ease with learning new technology
