Job Summary

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Human Services, Healthcare Support, Customer Service, or related fields
  • 2 years of experience in a client-facing or service support role, preferably in a healthcare, nonprofit, or social services setting
  • Demonstrated commitment to empathy, confidentiality, and professionalism
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team
  • Foundational knowledge of care coordination services or human services environments
