Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Customer Service Representative (Spanish Bilingual Preferred).
Key Responsibilities
- Perform claim intake via phone for various types of insurance claims and respond to inquiries related to the claims process
- Resolve routine and non-routine customer requests, providing support in both Spanish and English
- Utilize computerized systems for tracking and documenting customer interactions and maintain familiarity with company policies and procedures
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1 to 3 years of related experience
- Strong PC skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
- Experience in a call center environment preferred but not required
