Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Customer Service Representative (Spanish Bilingual Preferred).

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform claim intake via phone for various types of insurance claims and respond to inquiries related to the claims process
  • Resolve routine and non-routine customer requests, providing support in both Spanish and English
  • Utilize computerized systems for tracking and documenting customer interactions and maintain familiarity with company policies and procedures
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 1 to 3 years of related experience
  • Strong PC skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
  • Experience in a call center environment preferred but not required
