Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare executives, conducting Executive Business Reviews
- Analyze customer needs and gaps, providing recommendations to enhance product utilization and value
- Track key customer metrics and collaborate with teams to secure renewals and identify new revenue opportunities
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- 3+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management within a high-growth SaaS company
- 3+ years of experience in a B2B Healthcare company in a customer-facing role
- Proven ability to manage a large customer pool with SaaS contracts above $100k
- Demonstrated history of success in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
