Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Support Engineer - Level 1 East.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide top-tier support to customers by resolving technical issues promptly
- Collaborate with sales, product, and engineering teams to meet customer needs
- Document learnings for the Customer Knowledge Base and participate in team ceremonies
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years in a customer support role, with experience in cloud, storage, and networking environments
- Ability to analyze system and network diagnostics
- Understanding of SMB & NFS protocols, Active Directory, and Kerberos systems
- Familiarity with networking protocols and basic analysis of network packet captures
- Previous scripting experience and ability to parse system logs are a plus
