Key Responsibilities
- Manage administrative tasks including scheduling, budgeting, and travel arrangements for senior management
- Run business reporting and analytics to support decision-making and strategic priorities
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners regarding performance and enrollment activities
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- At least 3 years of experience with Medicare Part D enrollment processes or in a regulatory environment
- Experience in a call center or healthcare insurance setting preferred
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage confidential information
