Job Summary

A company is looking for a Relief Referral Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities

• Process incoming referrals, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information
• Communicate with referring practices to obtain necessary information for referrals
• Identify barriers and recommend improvements for the referral process

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 2 years of experience in an ambulatory clinic, or
• Associate's degree plus 4 years, or
• High School diploma plus 6 years of experience
• Knowledge of multiple ambulatory workflows
