Job Summary

A company is looking for a TeleHealth Registered Nurse.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide telephonic patient care and support, developing and implementing care plans for various disease states
• Educate patients on medication adherence and disease management through outbound calls
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care for defined patient populations

Required Qualifications

• Unrestricted current compact license as a Registered Nurse in Texas and the ability to be licensed in multiple states
• 3+ years of clinical RN experience
• Experience using Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Candidate must reside in Texas or Arizona
• RN Diploma, Associate's, or Bachelor's degree in Nursing
