Key Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound calls from external customers during open enrollment
- Perform clerical tasks including data entry, document handling, and mail preparation
- Log, track, and distribute inquiries to appropriate departments
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- At least 6 months of general office experience or relevant training
- Typing speed of 30 WPM with 95% accuracy; basic 10-key proficiency
- Proficiency with standard office equipment and basic knowledge of MS Word and Excel
- Flexibility to work outside of standard business hours during peak periods
